1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Zoteflix, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Creator Membership
The Creator Membership Plan costs ₹500 per year and provides access to upload features, monetization, and music distribution services. Membership is non-transferable and renews annually.
3. Content Guidelines
All content uploaded to Zoteflix must comply with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or applicable laws. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to upload and distribute their content.
4. Monetization Terms
Creator monetization activates within 24 hours of first upload for paid members. Earnings are calculated based on views, engagement, and platform policies. Payments are processed according to our payment schedule.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not upload content that infringes copyright, contains illegal material, promotes violence or hate speech, or violates the rights of others. Violation of these terms may result in account termination.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
