We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Creator Membership purchases. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your purchase date. Refunds are not available after the 7-day period. The service must not have been extensively used (excessive uploads or downloads may disqualify refund eligibility).

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Creator Membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to creator features until the end of the paid period.

To cancel your membership, log in to your account and navigate to the subscription settings, or contact our support team. No refunds will be provided for partial months or years.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Earnings paid out to creators are non-refundable. Transaction fees charged by payment processors may be deducted from refund amounts.
